How long do engraving and production take? Each journal is laser-engraved to order. Production takes about 3–5 business days, and US shipping usually takes another 3–7 days (estimates).
Can I return a personalized journal? Because each journal is personalized, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a refund. See our refund policy.
Is it real leather? No. The cover is vegan faux leather (leatherette). No animal leather is used. It engraves to a crisp, high-contrast finish.
What can I engrave? A name, initials or monogram, a short message, a design, or a logo. The engraving color depends on the cover: gold on Black/Gold and Rustic/Gold, silver on Black/Silver and Blue/Silver, black on Dark Brown, Gray, and White. Keep it short so it engraves cleanly; you add your text with the Personalize button on the product page.
