Refund policy

All EtchCrest journals are personalized and made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for typos entered when ordering. Please double-check your personalization before you check out.

If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
